junyawatabooishii プロフィール

日本、大阪生まれのビートメイカー・エクスペリメンタルビートプロデューサー、bboy。
ダンススタジオを経営する傍、長年踊り手として培った身体からのGrooveを受け取り、作曲する。一貫する作品テイストとしては不協和音的な美学をモットーにサンプリングや独特のコード感を提示する(本人は自分で作っているのではなく、空間に漂う【情報】を自身を依代にまとめ上げると解説)。

2021年にはマスタリングまで全て自主制作にて毎月1アルバムを10ヶ月連続リリースするという奇行を行い、2022年3月に3作目のカセットテープでの作品「strange bedroom tape ＜3」をリリース予定。
今作品のテーマはズバリ『夢の共有』。ジャケットデザインを手がけ、妻でもあるコラージュアーティスト ache._ に毎朝彼女が見る奇妙な夢の話を聞かされ続け5年。ついに気が動転し自身もその世界に迷い込んだと妄想を始めた。

ジャンルは大まかに言えばBeattapeではあるがHouseやエレクトロ、triphopの要素を行き来するようなまさにごちゃついた夢のよう。全編にサンプリングしたRhodesを16pad で演奏。してはいるがまさに夢うつつ、コード感も不安定な不協和音的心地よさはクセに。
